Charles has an extensive career in Stock-broking, Investment and Commercial Banking. He Chairs over XL Africa Group, a successful company that operates fully-owned subsidiaries in Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and the USA His vision for the Centre is to be the foremost Organisation equipping young people across Africa with leadership, entrepreneurial and employability skills to take charge in every sphere of life as tomorrow’s leaders.
Head Trainer/Learning Coordinator
Mr. Fajimi is a seasoned management consultant and certified Trainer/Instructor with a focus on Leadership, People, Strategy and Performance. Over the last two decades, he has been involved with national and global organisations at emerging and turnaround phases, playing key roles in innovation and change management. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Kairos Business Services Limited.\nHe is the Head Trainer/Learning Coordinator for Knowledge Exchange Centre. His diverse experience in adult learning and background in Business Education, Leadership and Managerial Psychology enriches the processes of curriculum development, instructional designs, programmes implementation, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation of KEC service delivery in Learning and Capacity Development.
Project Advisor on Legal Matters
Ezinne holds a wealth of experience as Company secretary/ legal adviser in various organisations. In addition, she has experience in working for NGOs such as BAOBAB, a womens’ human rights NGO. Over the years, she has gained corporate experience through sustained professional practice spanning the non-governmental (NGO) sectors and commercial law practice.\nMs Ekekwe is a powerhouse to the Centre as she readily shares her NGO experiences and advice; she drafted the KEC constitution and laid the initial foundation upon which the Organisation has built its structures. She is also responsible for handling and providing legal advice for KEC.
As the Secretary, Aghogho designs and implements KEC Programmes. He also facilitates Business Management trainings for young and upcoming entrepreneurs. Aghogho Akporido has about 10 years’ work experience in Training and Consulting, Farm Management and Online Publishing. He held key management and leadership positions in the various organisations he worked in and has strong competencies in Management, Business strategy, Microsoft office tools, Presentation, Consulting for SMEs, Developing training contents, Managing training programmes, Facilitating various courses such as Entrepreneurship, Management and Personal Effectiveness. He holds a degree in Agric-Economics from Delta State University and an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University).
